The bar graph shows the poverty rate in rural areas of different contenents in the years 1993 and 2002. where as the pie chart compares the poverty between the the rural and urban areas in 2002. while the rural share of poverty has declined in 2002 than 1993 in most continents except in europe and central asia. Even in the case of east asia and pacific there is no difference in poverty share in rural area in the both years. The rural area is more suffered with poverty than urban while the urban has the 24%, rural has more than three times the urban as it has 76%. Moreover, rural areas of latin america and caribbean had seen the lowering of poverty in 2002 than any other continents. Europe and central asia areas which were contradicting the total data the poverty percent has increased more than any other continent decreasing value. The east asia and pacific areas are having most share of poverty in 1993 and 2002. when there is a less population then there is a decline of poverty except for europeand central asia.
