Additionally, The proportion of people buying instant coffee was higher than that of those purchasing fresh coffee in all cities. As can be seen from the chart, The percentage of people went to a café for coffee or tea in Sydney around 61% and the figure for Melbourne was roughly the same about 63%. While residents in Sydney and Melbourne had a similar habit buying instant coffee around 45% as well as the proportion of those bought fresh coffee in two cities were around 42% respectively in last 4 weeks. Moreover, The percentage of people buying fresh coffee in Hobart about 38% was higher than the proportion people bought fresh coffee in Britain and Adelaide at the same figures around 33%.
