The maps depict the downtown of Islip town for now, and improvements for plans in the future. Overall, it is clear that the northern part of the town is going to experience the most changes in the plan; on the contrary, the southern part is not going to have great improvements. The Islip town has countryside on the top along with shops and main road. If we look at the planned development, it can be seen that it is going to be replaced by the bus station, shopping Centre, car park, and new housing, dividing it by building a new road for pedestrians. In addition, around the whole perimeter, there is a new road for cars, which has a dual carriageway. As for the northern part of the town, housing will move to the left, the school will remain the same place, and next to the park there going be a new housing area. In conclusion, the development of the Islip town is going to be great, by adding new facilities and improving current infrastructures.
