Overall, the village witnessed a substantial growth in urban areas. In fact, farmaland and gardens have been replaced by a considerable amount of houses from the North to the South.
Currently, the main road, which runs through the village, has been extended to the West where shops have been demolished and to the East, next to the Primary School. Moreover, moving to the South, farmaland, that covered all the Western area in 1986, has been converted into a residential area recentely, where houses have been constructed along the street’s two sides.
During the past, on the opposite side of the river storke, in the East, there were gardens that housed a large building. Instead, today, gardens have been reduced and the old big house has been renovated and enlarged more in a retirement home.
