The given two diagrams illustrate, while the former how is cement made, the later it is used the stages of making concrete. Overall, as it can easily be seen from the first diagram, limestone and clay are passed through four successive steps prior to packaging to use cement which is one of the used materials to make concrete. The process of making cement consists of more tools than the production of concrete. In the first stage of making cement, limestone and clay are crushed together to do a powder. It is combined with a mixer prior to passing into a rotating heater which has constant heat. The obtained mixture is crushed with a grinder to produce cement. The last product which is known as cement is put into bags ready to be used. In the second diagram, the production of concrete includes primarily gravel, which is small stones, and this has made up 50% of the ingredients. The other materials are sand (25%), cement (15%), and water (10%). These are all put into a concrete mixer which continually rotates to confuse the materials and make concrete.
