The rendered pictorial plot illustrates plan for the construction of new shopping mall in the city of brandfield. After analysing the map, it can be seen that, city centre is located in the middle of the graph and a railway track cross in between the residential area and town centre, which runs's from southeast to northwest. And, housing estate states at next of the railway line in the north side. One main thing is that the river passes through the mid of the city centre from north to southwest corner. Moving further, industrial estate is placed at the east side and the main road go closer to city and that connect the housing area and industrial area with the town. However, a little far away from city centre in the west side, golf course and park is available. Overall, the two sites are proposed in the north and south east of the town. Whilst, the s1 seems an easy option for the people residing in the housing sector and city centre where as s2 is the better choice for the industrial people.
