Below is a map of the city of Brandfield. City planners have decided to build a new shopping mall for the area, and two sites, S1 and S2 have been proposed. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The rendered pictorial plot illustrates the planning to build new structure of shopping complex and two sites in the city of brandfield. After analysing the map, the planners decided that golf course and park made in the west side of the map. Moving towards the north housing estate build houses for the people to live and in the centre of graph they establish a city centre. Moving further to east industrial estate comes there. And, the river starts from the north by crossing from the middle of the city centre goes upto the southwestern corner. Railways passes near the industrial, city centre and housing estates upto northwestern corner. Furthermore, two roads are also constructed. One is curving road which is started from northeast side and finished in south.
