The bar chart illustrates the amount of money spent in 5 consumer goods (cars, books, computers, perfume and cameras ). Units are measured in pound sterling. Overall, The expenditure of UK was higher than France. The least amount of money spent in UK was in perfume, and for France in cameras. In terms of cars the UK spent around 450, 000 ponds while the France spent exactly 400, 000 bounds. However, the France spent more money in computers than UK (above 350, 000 and 350, 000 respectively). British spent more money in books than French about 400, 000and 300, 000 respectively. On the other hand, France spent the highest amount of money in perfume by 200, 000 bounds sterling. In UK, the amount of money spent in perfume was below 200, 000 bounds in 2010.
