This bar chart illustrates the proportion of men, women, and children who are consuming five different variety of fruit and vegetables each day in 8 years from 2001 to 2008 in the UK. Overall, from the above chart, we got to know that the women are consuming most of the fruit and vegetables as compared to men and children from the year 2001 till 2008. In the year 2001 women are consuming only 22% then it has been seen that the consumption of women is rose significantly till 35% also in the year of 2006 but the is consumption goes down little till 30% in the year 2007 and 2008. Apart from that men and children also consuming fruits and vegetables but it is less as compared to women in the year 2001 to 2003 the percentage of consumption is similar in all the three years for men as well as for children. In men as well as children the consumption rose up to 28% in men and 23% in children till the year 2006. But in the year 2007, the consumption of men is the same as last year and in children, it increased up to 25%. In the year 2008, the consumption has been decreasing a little in both men and in children which in men it becomes 26% and in children it becomes 24%.
