The above Bar chart illustrates the share of 4 countries i. e. India, USA, China and Japan in the world population for the year 1950, 2002 and 2050. The first thing that strikes the mind after looking at this Bar chart is that India's share in the world population is increasing year by year while the percentage of the remaining three countries are on down slope. For a instance India's share was 15% in 1950 and it has increased to 17% in 2002 and the prediction says that it will rise to 19% in 2050. On the contrary China's share has decreased from 22% in 1950 to 20% in 2002 and it will further decrease to 15% in 2050. When it comes to the USA it has witnessed a downfall from 7% in 1950 to 5% in 2002 and this share will be remaining constant till 2050.
