the bar chart delineates the factors that affects the employees how they perform. At first glance from this graph it is easily understood that people who are aged between 18 and 30 are influenced by different parameters than workers who are between 45 and 60. Although, personal development, work environment affect the young people most, old people care about salary and team spirit most. Team spirit affect both the workforce in similar manner. But for young people personal development is twice more important than their aged counterpart. For the youth relaxed working environment is significant more than thrice then the elderly considerate it. But with competent boss and job security the difference is much less. Another point worth mentioning is promotion prospect, since the young people are affected almost 50% more than old people. Both job satisfaction and money are slightly more important for the young force but old people demand more respect from their colleagues then young people do. One final point worth mentioning is that both group of employees care about the work environment equally.
