The graph give information about the amount of acid in mouth by consuming sugar and honey and the the risk of tooth decay because the level of acid in the mouth ( pH level below 5. 5 will cause toothache ). As the graph shows, the higher acid the lower PH level. Overall, it can be seen that all three type of sweet stood at the highest 7 at first then decreased sharply in five minutes first and grew up significantly by the time without decreased anymore. Among them, the pH level of honey is the highest. Turning first to the pH level of fruit sugar and cane sugar.
