As the graph shows, the higher acid the lower PH level. Overall, it can be seen that all three type of sweet stood at the highest 7 at first then decreased sharply in five minutes first and grew up significantly by the time without decreased anymore. Among them, the pH level of honey is the highest. Turning first to the pH level of fruit sugar and cane sugar. Both two stood at 7, after which, fruit sugar fell down to nearly 4 then increased steadily and exceeded the level of tooth decay occurs after 15 minutes, while cane sugar drop more than fruit sugar in the 5 minutes first at 3. 5 then steadily increased and exceeded the level of tooth decay in 25 minutes. On other hand, honey started at 7, dropped to nearly 5 for the first five minutes then did not change until 5 minutes later went up rapidly over the other two sweets.
