my favorite filipino dish DVY8j
well, Filipino culture includes wide variety of dishes on different occasions and even just on a daily course. There are plant based, meat based and seafood based dishes that are especially prepared only on occasions that we look forward too when attending parties or gatherings. Maybe my all-time favorite Filipino dish is Chicken Adobo. The chicken is boiled on soy sauce with a little bit of vinegar to eliminate the foul odor of chicken. And i like the dried chicken adobo, it's like the seasonings were well absorbed within the chicken. But again, there's other different versions of cooking chicken adobo on different cities in the Philippines. some places add coconut milk in it, some adds, bell peppers and potatoes depending on their availabilities.
