Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing the letter to inquire the last telephone statement. My telephone has not working of the happened recent storm sine now. My families and I could not talk with together for 2 days after recent disaster because all my home connection such as telephone and cellphone are out of network. Furthermore, I went to your central office two times and reported my issue. But they did not do any action by them till now. Surly, my families are worried about me and either am I. it is urgent for me to know their last status. I expect you to follow up on my issue and investigate why my connection does not repair yet and ask your employees to solve my telephone problem as soon as possible.
