Dear Mr. Karan, I am Umang Patel, residing in House No. 106 next to your house in Global society. I am writing this letter to express my concern with your behaviour on disposing garbage near my house. As you are leaving your rubbish in front of my house for the past one week, it is giving us foul smell when we open our main door. Also, the street dogs dig the rubbish and make a mess around the main gate of our house, which is unsanitary. Moreover, it takes a lot of time and effort to clean up the area and causing health problem to my family and other members of our society. I would like to give you a solution to this difficulty. First, as you have to deposit the dry waste, please throw into the government allocated bins provided to individual houses. These wastages are taken out by council early in the morning. Second, although there is some fee for this service, if you are not ready to pay, I will pay for you. This way both of us will get relief for the current situation.
