write letter to council for the dirty street

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this email to complain about the Huy Tu street where I am living after the superstorm happened a few days ago. In the recent times, due to the fact that the superstorm swept our city which damaged numerous constructions. Especially many trees have fallen that makes traffic jam on Huy Tu street. Moreover, this road is very dirty and until now, nobody come there to fix it. As a result, not only citizens stay here cannot go out easily, but also students and workers have to choose another way to go to schools or companies. If this case continues, people will lose more time for movement, even it is so dangerous for children and old people. Furthermore, the environment becomes worse than and a lot of people are able to get sick because this is a place for pathogens multiply. Last but not least, I request the local government to clean the waste, solve this problem as soon as possible and has the policy to support citizen repair the result of the superstorm.
