Dear Steve I am changing the electrical system in my flat. Drilling holes in the walls is a part of this process. So, I use noisy instruments for that purpose. I have taken a vacation on my work during this construction period and try doing all works from 10 am to 4 pm when almost all our neighbours are at work. But I did not know that you are at home on this time. I am really sorry for this inconvenience.
