Dear Ms. Reena I am writing this letter regarding the complain you did about the disturbance caused due to the noise in my flat. The reason behind the unwanted noise is that my cousin's children have visited my home in their vacation. I am terribly sorry for the problem you had to face because of my loved ones. i am feeling guilty for this act. Moreover, I assure you that in future there will be no such chaos which would trouble you. In addition, i had enrolled them in an activity because of which they will be busy for approximately 3 - 4 hours and you can prepare for your exams. i wish you good luck for your exams.
