Dear Mr. Ronch, I am writing this letter regarding my new loud tenants. Let me explain my situation. Your new renters are my neighbors. Since day one either they have loud music or house parties which involve late of people enjoying music or having conversations at abnormally high pitch. These parties usually end early morning next day. It’s like a routine for them. I had a conversation regarding this, But to my surprise there is no change in behavior. It’s a very irresponsible behavior on their part. This present situation bothers me a lot, As I am full time worker and also getting a new professional degree. It consume lot of mental and physical energy. At the end of the day I need good rest so that I can get ready at my best for next day. But when I am back I have to deal with this unpleasant situation. It’s declining my working potential immensely, I feel like restless and lack of energy while working, At times I feel like I can’t concentrate on my studies. It’s really making very difficult for me to keep up with my work and life Balance. Would you kindly change my apartment as this the best solution to my trouble.
