I am writing this letter regarding to help me problem about a camera I bought from your company. I bought this camera from Toronto Eaton center on February 25 on my last trip from Toronto to Winnipeg.
When I bought this camera, I was not able to check it because I was getting late to take my flight. After reached at Winnipeg, I open camera box and there was not charger with it. There is empty space for the charger. The camera model is canon DSLR 700 and the cost of camera is $899.
Now I can not get back to Toronto because of COVID restrictions. I request you to if you can send the missing part of the camera to my address. I attached the copy of receipt and my address information. You are the company representative and I hope it would be helpful to writing a letter to you regarding this problem. I would be thankful to you.
