Dear Nurse Elizabeth, My name is John Doe and I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards you during my stay at the clinic. Let me explain myself better. I was unfortunately involved in a ghastly accident on the 3rd of March 2020 as I made my way home from work. It had rained the previous day so the roads were still wet.
