You work for an Dear Mr Gabriel, I am writing to inform you of my intention of working in the company's head office in Ghana for a period of six months. About three months ago, I started a small project in the organisation's branch in Lagos State, Nigeria, and it yielded good result. I would like to carry out this project in the head office in Ghana so that the head office can achieve more than it is achieving at the moment. While I am working in Ghana, my assistant will help with my work, and there will be need for an employment of a new staff to stand in for my assistant.
