As you know my elderly mother is not well and cannot access the upper floor. I hired a contractor to build a ramp beside the staircase to install the automatic lift chair for her to access the upper floor. As of now the progress is ahead of schedule. I duly understand the situation you have been facing and the inconvenience caused from the on-going work at my house. Please accept my sincere apologies. As a law abiding citizen it is my civic duty to take care of any problems my neighbours face. Please be assured that i have mentioned your concerns to the contractor and also informed him about your work timings.
