I’m writing to you to reply to your recent complaint letter about the noise that has been coming out of our apartment recently, and I would like to explain the reasons behind that so that maybe it will justify my situation. Actually, my sister is visiting us from Canada with her 3 kids who are 3, 5 & 7 years, respectively. They will be staying with us for two more weeks. As you know, kids’ behavior these days is hard to manage, and with the current situation and the lockdown everywhere, they have nothing else to keep them busy except for playing and fighting with each other, hence, the loud noise all the time. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by such situation, it will be temporary as I mentioned before, and I promise that I will try my best to keep it low at all times.
