I am writing this letter on the behalf of all residents of our apartment to raise our mutual concern about the Wi-Fi connection that has been provided by your venture. We are your privileged customers for the past five years and we were extremely satisfied with your outstanding service. However, since a couple of days we are quite agitated with your connection, as the network speed is slow due to poor signal strength.
