We are your privileged customers for the past five years and we were extremely satisfied with your outstanding service. However, since a couple of days we are quite agitated with your connection, as the network speed is slow due to poor signal strength. Alongside, the connection gets interrupted every half-an-hour and we are forced to configure the settings over and over.
As we all are working from home due to the global pandemic, we are finding it strenuous to cope up with the situation, as there are a lot of professional chores to be accomplished by end of the day. Our children are also in the same shoes and they are struggling hard to attend their online academic sessions. I would say that we all are suffering immensely due to this sluggish connection.
