Dear John, I have recieved your letter which expressed your issues with the noises from our home and I would like to apologise for the same. Actually, we have a recently found that our celling had water leaking issue which in turn made the walls sweating. The experts suggested to re-build the celling and re-install the pipes to avoid any this kind of issues in near future. Hence this is the main cause a lot of construction noises. We are taking care to reduce these noises as much as posible by reducing the usage of noise making equipments. And I am taking care that the workers leave by 6 PM so there will be no distrubances during night or sleep time.
