Dear store manager,
I am writing to you to drag your attention towards the accident I met at your store last week when I purchased grocery.
My name us John smith and I am one of your frequent customers. I live in woodpark and found your store as one of the best grocery store in our area. Not only you sell good quality food items but also the price rate is quite reasonable.
When I entered your store, last weeks, I found so much rush at store and, even the products were messed upon racks may be due to sale. While doing shopping suddenly, I fell down on the floor and get injures due to spilled water on the floor. Although the cleansers were there still I am not able to understand why the floor was wet and, even no signboards were kept to avoid such kind of incident.
As a regular customer, I was expecting immediate response and apology which was missing. As a manager, I would like you to take some strict action to words it to even avoid such unwanted situation and aweful behavior of staff.
I hope you will consider it positively and tone care of do to repeat it in future.
