Dear Neighbours, Thanks for writing to me about the noise from my flat. I understand that the noise must have caused disturbance to you. I would like to explain the reason for the noise. Some of you might know that I have been doing some repair work in my flat. I have hired some workers to help me fix the water heater which stopped working a few weeks back. The workers initially told that it was just one day work. But, unfortunately it is taking more than two days to fix the water heater due to drilling and insufficient man power. I did inform about this repair work to our flat secretary and got prior permission before staring this work. I wanted to let you know that the repair work has been successfully completed today and so there will not be any noise from my flat. Kindly accept my apology and thanks for being patient.
