Dear Neighbours, I am writing this letter with an intention to apologise for the hefty noise and the disturbance you might be getting. I would like to pass on my sincere apologies. The major reason for such an excessive noise is the undergoing renovation work in my place. The workers are working on a double time basis to get the work done quicker. Since there is carpentary work there is a lot of cutting and hence that is one of the major reasons for the excessive noise. I have already requested the workers to get it done as soon as possible. I have also planned to make some changes with their work schedule to start late in the morning and finish as early as possible.
