Dear Mr. Kunal I am writing in connection with your compalin regarding the noise which has started coming from our house. I am really sorry for all the trouble you have been facing because of it and i hope you will consider my situation favourably. Let me explain my situation. The trouble started about a month ago when our new tenant shifted to our place and as he owns a gym so he plays incessantly loud music which has made it untolerable for everyone. As such, one is unable to sleep properly and concentrate on their work. I would like to apologise for this and can assure you that i won't give a chance to you to complain about it. Infact, I would much prefer to live with someone who is quieter and more considerate of others. As long as it is quiet, we don't mind him to stay but if it persists in future, would ask him to relocate immediately and can assure you that there will be no such disturbance from now on.
