Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writting to complain about a holiday which i booked in your travel agency. I traveled to Sydney on 5th May and returned on 19th May. I thought it would be a dream holiday, however, it have been my worst trip ever. I have so many problems with this journey.
Firstly, the flight was delayed. I know that is not only your fault, but I hoped I vould be at the hotel at 4pm not at 11pm. Secondly, in your brochure I read this is a quity hotel, mainly families stay here. Despite this I saw only two families, another tourists were young who wanted parting all day. Moreover, the hotel was in the centre of the city, beetwen a pub and a disco. Finally, I booked for all-inclusive, but I have to pay for the dinner.
I had been looking forward to my holiday, but I was very disappointed. Therefore I feel you should refund half the cost of the holiday.
