I am Asha. I have seen your letter, it's a complaint regarding the disturbance you are facing.
First of all I apologize for the disturbance you are facing. I am having trouble with my home theatre that is placed in my hall. It is producing a continuous high sound. When the volume is reduced, the disturbance is still the same. I have also tried to off the device and check it, but the sound is still as it was.
I have raised a complaint to the product's customer service. I spoke to him and explained the issue I am facing and the person had filed a complaint against me and working on the issue and he also said, it would be taking 2-3 business days to get the issue resolved. As the software, to be installed in the device is not currently available.
so I have placed the device in a closed container as the disturbance would be reduced to some extent.
