Dear Sir/Madam, This letter is in response to your request, regarding the feedback of our experience in your restaurant last week. Hope you will find all the details you might be looking for in a feedback. My friends and I visited your restaurant on March 2nd, which was last Saturday. This plan was a surprise given to me by my friends, as I was willing to visit this restaurant since long owing to the reviews all over social media. We were there to celebrate two occasions, my promotion as a Project Manager and a friend’s birthday. Because of our busy schedules, we thought of celebrating both the events together. Talking about food and service, they were brilliant. We ordered some Indian and Chinese cuisines, all of them were served fresh and hot within few minutes. Besides, there was not a single item that I could rate average. Moreover, ice-chilled drinks and the ambience added up to make the experience worthy.
