Your neighbours have recently written to you to complain about the noise from your house/ flat. 2W1M
Dear Neighbours, I am writing this letter to convey my sincere apologies to you for the disturbing noise that has been coming from my house since past few days. The thing is that I'm currently working on my final year electrical project. Due to the ongoing pandemic and lockdown restrictions, my university has only allowed maximum of 10 students in college lab at once and since the deadline of the project submission is immensely near, I decided to continue working on my project from home. The noise you hear most of the times are from mechanical devices. I tried to keep it really down but did not know that you would still hear the same. I know that the noise is really annoying and nobody would like to hear the same and I understand that my working timings are conflicting with your family time. Please accept my sincere apologies for the same. To make things better, I've moved my lab resources to my basement garage and have worked with my house owner to make the garage completely sound proof. The work is almost done and you will not hear any disturbing machinery noise going forward. I've also requested my university lab supervisor to provide me extra working hours in lab so that I can work in lab most of the times but I'm sure that with the sound proof setup, you will not hear these noises anymore. I understand that this was extremely disturbing and annoying at the same time, I still want to thank you for letting me know about these concerns in a very respectful manner. Please accept my apologies once again. Regards, Adam
Dear
Neighbours
,

I am writing this letter to convey my sincere apologies to you for the disturbing

I know that the
noise
is

hear
the same and I understand that my

.
Please
accept my sincere apologies for the same.

To
make
things better, I've
moved
my

make
the garage completely sound proof. The work is almost done and you will not
hear

that I can work in

I'm sure that with the sound proof setup, you will not
hear
these
noises
anymore.

I understand that this was
extremely
disturbing and annoying at the same
time
, I
still
want to thank you for letting me know about these concerns in a
very
respectful manner.
Please
accept my apologies once again.

Regards,

Adam
