Dear Jack, I am writing this letter in reference with the complaint that I received from you yesterday. The complaint is about the noises that is being affecting your afternoon sleep and in the evening its being affecting your children studies. Firstly, I would like to convey my apologies to you for the disturbances that you have been hearing from our house lately. We are in the process of a renovation, we understand that the tools, when being used are causing huge noise. The construction work will continue till friday or maybe saturday afternoon. The interior remodelling will get over on friday of the next week. I would ensure that, to keep the noise low during the afternoons. I would also inform workers to shift the mechanical equipments to the backside and continue their work.
