Dear Mr. Shah, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction for parking your vehicle on wrong place in the society. Myself Tapan Soni and residing on 6th floor in B wing of Sakal Apartment. As I am working in one of the MNC organization. I have flexible working hours so I have to join my office anytime. Here, I would like to inform you that you should place your vehicle in proper manner. Whenever I wish to get my vehicle out from the parking at that time I have to make certain adjustments. You must be aware that, society has issue new parameters for ease of the members. Firstly, we should park our vehicle as per wing of resident only. Secondly, after the parking we have to submit vehicle key to the security guards so anytime alteration could be possible. Finally, it is mandatory for all to obtain vehicle pass and without that we will not in a position to park the vehicle in the premises. Most of time we have observed that you daughter parks car in two vehicle parking. Addition to this, we have dedicated area for car parking but she is using walking area for parking so certain members has filled complaint against you.
