Dear David, Hope my letter will find you healthy and fit. You must be glad to know that recently I bought a new house and shifted from my rented apartment last week. The house is ten minutes east from heart of downtown which makes it doubly beneficial in terms of proximity to city convenience as well as tranquility of suburban life. My house is two storeyed with a basement and a garage consisting of five bedrooms, couple of kitchens and a big living room. However, my favorite part of the house is a glass-covered corridor in north east corner of the backyard. Additionally, I should not forget to describe the beautiful lush green surroundings consisting of a colourful park and a blue lake just a block away from my house. I have already met couple of neighbours and I must admit they are very friendly and helpful. Next Saturday, I am planning a house warming party at my new house where I have invited few close friends and relatives. I will be very happy if you will be able to join the house-warming party at 1PM and I can have the opportunity to show you the newly bought property. Keenly awaiting to see you at the party.
