Dear sir, My name is Selma Kaci and I am writing to express my concern about the closing of the cafeteria within the company premises. I am firmly convinced that this space's dysfunction is a result of its mismanagement which makes the staff quite dissatisfied. I would like to point out that such failed service towards the campany 's staff drove them to abandon the cafeteria which was always crowded over the three past years. It was a place where the employees could hang out after hard working hours. Currently, it appears deserted because of the poor service and food quality. So, the service is only ensured by a handful of workers recently hired with a blatant lack of training and experience. Additionally, it is so slow because of the insufficiency of microwave ovens to heat the ordered meals. Only one is functional while the three others are failed. Moreover, the quality of the ingredients you provide is below healthy standards. Thus, the staff seems Abviously reluctant to take their tiffin there and prefer bringing their own dishes and taking them at their desks despite the uncomfort. For that, as I haunt the cafeteria frequently, I find it beneficial for a great part of the staff. I request you to keep it open and make some changes by hiring new skilled cookers and waiters. It would be also necessary to repair the inoperative microwave ovens in order to serve heat ordered dishes. Furthermore, I will appreciate if you can allocate a more considerable budget for serving good food to your employees.
