Dear neighbours, I am writing this letter in response to the complaint of noise coming from my flat. The noise coming from my apartment is the internal work being done in my home. Actually, I am renovating my home consequently, there is the noise of some wooden and tiling work being done at my apartment. I am extremely feeling sorry for the inconvenience raised by me. I did not intended to bother anybody. I have taken few actions to resolve this problem. I have asked the workers to do the noisy work during 9 am to 2 pm when everybody goes to their offices and schools and finish the work before children come to back home from their schools so they do not feel any disturbance while they study at home. I hope you forgive me for the inconvenience raised by me. Thanks, John
