Dear sir, I am writing this letter with regards to loss of my luggage while traveling from New Delhi to New York. Let me explain my situation. I travelled on 10/27/2020 from Delta air line 943, After luggage check in flight staff told me I will get it at my destination, Surprisingly when I reach my destination I was told that luggage is Misplaced due to some mix up, Consequently please report the lost section. Eventually ended without help from the flight authority in finding baggage. While traveling I had my expensive Mac book worth of $2000 in the case other than that some clothes and two expensive perfumes worth of $250 each. Hoping to get a positive response for lost stuff. I request to refund me financially equivalent to belongings lost. My policy number is k23456, further more please do let me know if you require any formality from me.
