The drainage system could not flow the water as it is beyond the capacity. Therefore, the citizens are not able to step out of their houses. As you are aware of the side effects from the gathered rainwater in the public arenas; firstly, it gives birth to dangerous diseases like Malaria. Secondly, the people do not have any source to come out and go to their workplaces and children are enduring from missed days of school. Especially, the stink from water is unbearable, dwellers surrounding it even not try to open the window to get fresh air.
