I am writing to you in order toexplain why my absence for an immigration interview I was scheduled to atend last Friday and request a new appointment.
In fact, I was on my way when I received a call from my children's school. According to the call, my daughter was suffering an asthma attact. As my wife was disavailable, it was necessary for me to accompany my daughter to the hospital. I attempted to contact your office to cancel the appointment. However my mobile phone ran out of batteries. When I got to the hospital I was very busy taking care of my daughter and talking to the doctors. So I forgot.
II sincerely appologise for the inconvinience. I was wondering if it was possible to arrange a new appointment for the next two week. I am available till 11p. m. from Monday to Thursday and after 1p. m on Friday. I can be contacted at the e-mail address ar the phone number provided.
