Goods are delivered to wrong adress

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my complaint about the delivery service of your company. Recently I have become a client of your online shop. On May 17th in the morning I made an order a great deal of food for the same day's evening party. On account of laying the table beforehand I was worried about wating the groceries. It was nearly 12 p. m I called the shop again. Unfortunately, they sent my goods to the wrong address. I got so disstressed owing to your irresponsible employees. It was a pity fact when my order was brought in the afternoon at 2 p. m. , there was not any bread and drinks. My dissatisfaction to your company got arosen. All my stress and worry I strongly ask for a compensation. Moreover, I hope you should reprimend your awkward workers on behalf of not to lose the regular customers of the shop.
