Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my view about your library. Its been 5 years since I became its member. I would like to appreciate the services you provide to your members. There are lot of things that I like about this library. To commence with, the staff here is very helpful an patient. They never hesitate to help people. You have a wide collection of books and magazines, which is definitely a plus. Furthermore, a separate reading room which is also available for seminars and reading sessions is an addition to the list. On the other hand, I would like to draw your attention to an area of improvement. People sometimes borrow books but do not bother to return them on time which causes problem for the other readers. I would suggest you to keep extra copies of all the books so that in situation like these other people do not have to face trouble. Moreover, you can start charging money in case of delays which will force people to abide the rules. I hope you will consider my suggestion. Yours faithfully, Emily Brown
