Dear Sir, This is indeed a privilege for me to write you at this auspicious occasion where your newspaper is launching a special campaign to acknowledge the deserving people of our town. Here, I would like to refer one name “Mr. Amir” for your kind consideration who, according to my assessment, is the most suitable person for this award. Mr. Amir is the founder of a NGO. The primary objective of his NGO is to feed those who can not afford their food, twice a day. Mr. Amir is a passionate individual who is sacrificing his life for this noble cause.
