Dear John, Hope all are well! . When i walking last day i saw some technicians three to five peoples works that my rented apartment. I thought you already told my home phone due to my phone is not working. Then i go home and ask my wife Mr John said something. she said nothing. latterly i found i repair bathroom commode and fix it. But this apartment when we are doing repairing work we need to get approval. there is some form we need to fil and give it. So this is the reason. please consider this matter.
