I am Dhairya Bhatt, a member of Zedus Publications, which organises weekly meetings at your restaurant, Zodiac Bistro. I am writing to express my displeasure over our recent meal there and to suggest some improvements.
Our firm organises a weekly dinner meet with our clients, at your eatery. We all really enjoy every time we visit there. But last time, some things went horribly wrong! The waiter serving us was extremely rude and clumsy. Also, long delays were caused in the services, even after repeated requests were made. Further, when the food finally arrived, it wasn’t cooked properly, and some of it was not according to the order placed. Our clients were really upset by the mess created and left disappointed. We suffered losses due to the same, as well.
Hence, I suggest you to please deploy that waiter, and employ some well-mannered and courteous staff members. Also I wish to suggest you to keep a watch on the food being prepared, and whether the order placed is being carried out properly should also be verified. Doing this can help you to maintain faithful customers like us and attract many new ones also.
