Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to notify you that I have recently purchased a brand-new mobile phone from your store and it stopped working after two weeks. I want you to replace this mobile phone with a new one as per the warranty clauses. In relation to the specifics of the order, I purchased a new iPhone 8 Plus mobile phone from your authorised shop in Park Lane on 25th September. The order number is 25789652 and I am attaching a copy of my receipt.
The phone worked as expected during the first two weeks and then suddenly malfunctioned. Firstly the camera stopped working and later the touchscreen became irresponsive. The phone is now unusable. I am very surprised to discover such issues in an expensive model.
As a solution, and because I really like the functionality and features of this phone, I am hoping that you will agree to replace it with a new one immediately. Otherwise, I would like a full refund and I would be forced to complain to the Consumer Protection Authority if I do not hear back from you in regards to this within a week.
