Your item of value was lost on train. Write letter to railway company. LpWG
The purpose of me writing this letter addressed to you is that I have lost an item of value on a train. I have lost my handbag when I boarded the train which was heading to Alberta. The incident happened with me on 9th March, 2021 that is on Sunday morning approximately around 9 am. I boarded the train at 8 am. I was expected to arrive at my destination by 9 am. Since it was weekend trains were crowded more than usual. I sat in C 21 compartment. The way I would describe my handbag is, its copper in colour. The material of my handbag is made of leather. There is a wallet inside my handbag. Also there are set of car keys tied with two key chain - one key chain is of a teddy bear and other key chain is company logo where in I am currently employed. It goes by the name Hastings Ltd. Other items include - a white handkerchief, a lipstick, my company photo ID, my driving license and my VISA debit card. I implore you to conduct a thorough search for my missing handbag as it not only contains essential items of daily use but also has a sentimental value since I have received it by way of a gift from my husband. I have lodged my complaint with station master. He in turn helped me by contacting TC but it was futile. I have attached my copy of ticket with this letter along with my address and contact number. In case if I am not reachable on the given contact I have also included emergency contact number of my husband if you find anything at all in regards to matter. Please let me know if there is a trail on anything. thank you regards daphne
