Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my utter dissatisfaction towards poor service with regards to bandwidth of web connection. My name is Kosha Thakkar and I am living in west Ahmedabad. My complaint number is 2810PK1996. The issue has been registered since week still there is no solution. I am full time student and part time intern. There are online classes and duties everyday but awful slowness of internet create several hurdles such as not able to complete the work assignments because my documents do not turn in time. In addition to this I am not able to understand the topic in lecture due to constant breakdown of internet. I would like you to take cognizance of the matter and get it fix as soon as possible. If this situation will not resolve then second thought will take place about switching the service provider who gives satisfactory data speed followed by great quality of after services.
